Data Security & Retention

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/SSL.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all associated data within 30 days. During this period, your data is inaccessible to other users.

Children's Privacy

Oliver's Army is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at brandon@olivers.army and we will promptly delete their information and terminate their account.

Child Safety Standards

Oliver's Army is committed to maintaining a safe environment and protecting all users, especially minors, from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have implemented comprehensive policies and procedures in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). CSAM is defined as any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Our commitment includes:

  • Immediate removal of CSAM upon detection or notification
  • Permanent suspension of accounts that post, share, or distribute CSAM
  • Reporting all instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies
  • Cooperation with law enforcement investigations

Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We prohibit all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation, including:

  • Grooming: Attempting to build inappropriate relationships with minors for sexual purposes
  • Sextortion: Threatening to expose intimate images to coerce minors
  • Solicitation: Requesting sexual content from minors
  • Trafficking: Facilitating the trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation
  • Sexual Exploitation: Any behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children

In-App Reporting Mechanism

Users can report concerning content or behavior directly through our in-app reporting feature available in all conversations and user profiles. All reports are:

  • Reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours
  • Kept confidential
  • Acted upon promptly with appropriate enforcement actions
  • Escalated to law enforcement when necessary

We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including:

  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
